Head of Marketing

We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Executive to join the GTM motion at Bluebricks. You will be required to define the marketing strategy and step into disciplines that you may not have worked in before.
The work is hands-on, and requires close collaboration with the founding team at a pivotal moment as we break into the market. As the underdog, Bluebricks is stepping into a massive industry and we need marketers who are eager to win, conquer markets, and bring boundless energy, even when setbacks occur!
- Product marketing as a core discipline
- Proven B2B experience
- Familiarity with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) discipline
- A fan of processes, methods, and workflows
- Proven track record of managing teams
- Proven experience in building teams and running large-scale operations
Engineering Lead
ENGINEERING ⋅ EXECUTIVE ⋅ TLV | REMOTE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our exceptional team. You will work closely with the Product Leadership to create development plans, identify quick wins, and creatively tackle Bluebricks' business requirements to ensure rapid delivery.
You’ll work closely with motivated engineers, and solve complex technical challenges while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong proficiency in programming principles
- Mastery of keyboard shortcuts
- Experience leading backend, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, and even bash :)
