SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our Customer Success team in Israel — and help the world’s best companies succeed so they can move faster.
What You'll Own
Become an expert in Bluebricks architectures, concepts, and best practices
Lead customer onboarding, proof-of-concepts, and technical validations
Serve as the go-to expert for technical questions, feedback, and concerns
Guide cloud teams in designing their Infrastructure-as-Code architecture
Train and empower customers, supporting decision-making around infrastructure workflows to support scale and excellent self-service
Build strong relationships with customer practitioners to drive product adoption and usability
Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement in customer implementations
Own and manage Professional Services Projects Scope of Work (SoW) and Success Criteria to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Act as Bluebricks’ technical escalation point for domain-specific challenges
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Great communication skills, online and in-person, alongside proven collaboration history with Product teams.
A relentless focus on customer success — with an eye on what customers need today and tomorrow
4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and scripting
Proven experience working with GitOps and GitHub Actions workflows
Familiarity with cloud identity, access management, certificates, and key management
3+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, or CloudFormation

A strong track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
Hands-on experience with scripting and programming
A passion for building something extraordinary in a short amount of time — and seeing an early-stage startup turn into an unstoppable company
Previous experience with Internal Developer Portals like Backstage or Port
