SUMMARY
We’re looking for Bluebricks’ first Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in Israel — and help lay the foundation for a sales motion that empowers the world’s best companies to move faster.
What You'll Own
Close new business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline
Evaluate, qualify, and convert inbound leads — gathering key insights and engaging the right decision-makers
Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
Partner closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction
Facilitate customer engagements; helping connect customers to the right internal and external resources to follow up and close deals.
Master our products, messaging, and market landscape to deliver the right story to the right audience
Look for and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and materials.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Great communication skills, online and in-person, alongside proven collaboration history with Product teams.
A relentless focus on customer success — with an eye on what customers need today and tomorrow
4+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business
Experience working with remote territories such as AMER and EMEA
Experience in conference selling and representing at booths
Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
Familiarity in selling cloud products and services, infrastructure products is a massive advantage
Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers on-site
Don’t forget to mention if you have:
A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
